Judges Orientation & Judging

Judging will occur on one day only, Friday, March 22th, from 7:00am to 5:00pm, with all students given face-to-face interviews.

• 7:00 am-                               Judge onsite registration, continental breakfast, orientation
• 8:45 am-                               Students arrive at the Exhibit Hall A/B
• 8:55 am-                               Students permitted to enter the Exhibit Hall A/B
• 9:00 – 10:36am               Judging and Interviews- Exhibit Hall A/B

• 10:36 – 11:00 am           Break
• 11:00 am – 12:12 pm    Judging and Interviews- Exhibit Hall A/B

• 12:12 – 12:45 pm          Every student must be present at their project board

All students stand by their projects with a few short scheduled breaks

• 12:45 pm                         Students dismissed from Exhibit Hall A/B.  Must exit
• 12:45 – 1:45 pm            Lunch provided for judges
• 1:45 – 5:00 pm             Judge Caucusing
• 5:00 pm                          Judges turn in place winner results
