Since 1950, The Los Angeles County Science and Engineering Fair (LACSEF) has conducted an annual science and engineering fair for 6th – 12th grade students from public, charter, private, parochial, and homeschool schools throughout Los Angeles County. We celebrate students’ STEM achievements, assist Los Angeles County schools in implementing more hands-on inquiry based science and engineering instruction, and develop the next generation of scientists, engineers, mathematicians, and innovators.
